柴油机曲轴系运动学和动力学仿真分析

摘    要:基于虚拟样机技术及其支持软件MSC.ADAMS和Pro/E软件,实现了某4缸柴油机曲轴-连杆-活塞机构的运动学、动力学仿真。通过动态仿真柴油机的运行,获取了仿真模型的运动学、动力学特性数据。仿真结果与理论分析相吻合,这为该型柴油机曲轴-连杆-活塞机构的优化设计和有限元分析提供了依据。

Abstract:In this paper,the kinematic and dynamic simulations of a diesel engine’s crank-connecting rod-piston mechanism were carried out by using the virtual prototype technology and its support software MSC.ADAMS and Pro/E.Kinematic and dynamic characteristic data are obtained by dynamic simulation of actual diesel engine operation.The result is in accord with the theoretical analysis,and which can lay the foundation for the optimization design and the finite element analysis of the crank-connecting rod-piston mechanism of this type diesel engine.
