摘    要:近红外光谱分析技术作为一种高效、快速、无损的可多组分分析的检测技术,在食品、农产品的检测中得到广泛应用。为此,综述了近红外光谱分析技术在大米品种鉴别、品质检测、矿物质元素分析中的应用研究现状,并对其应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract:As a new kind of efficient,fast and non-destructive detection technique suitable to multi-component analysis,near infrared spectroscopy is widely applied in food and agricultural produce detection.In the paper,present status of near infrared spectrum analysis technique applied in rice variety identification,quality detection and mineral element analysis was reviewed and application prospect was discussed.
