| 摘 要： | 针对我国悬挂式马铃薯种植机械作业效率低、性能指标不理想、存在重播、漏播和株距不均等问题,设计了2CM 4 B型牵引式马铃薯种植机。采用了交叉取种技术,配以振动排种部件,实现了精量播种;播种装置驱动方式采用了上驱动,有效降低了皮带打滑率;采用链耙施肥结构,加大了排肥量的调节范围,有效解决了堵肥问题。试验结果表明,主要性能指标均优于行业标准,实现了马铃薯种植中开沟、播种、覆土、施肥和喷药等技术的集成,填补了国内大型牵引式马铃薯种植机的空白。
