摘    要:我国大部分地区油菜收获主要靠人力,其生产效率低、劳动强度大、机械化水平很低,严重制约着油菜产业的进一步发展。为此,设计了一种油菜捡拾脱粒联合收获机,该机可将油菜捡拾后输送到联合收获机内完成脱粒分离清选。阐述了油菜捡拾脱粒机的总体结构以及捡拾器、脱粒分离、清选装置等主要工作部件的设计。试验结果表明,该机收获工艺合理,具有良好的适用性,主要性能指标达到了设计要求。

Abstract:At present,rapeseed harvesting mainly depend on manpower in most region in China.We need high efficiency harvesting machinery.Therefore,we designed a self-propelled pickup thresher,which can finish the work of picking up,transporting,threshing and clearing.This paper describe the overall structure of rape pickup thresher,and the designing concept of the main working parts such as the pickup device,the threshing device,the separating and cleaning device.The result indicate that the process is reasonable with...
