| 摘 要： | 供应商评价选择是供应链管理中的重要问题,农产品具有独特的自然属性和供求特性。为此,构建了农产品供应商的综合评价指标体系,基于主成分分析法建立了农产品供应商主成分分析的综合评价模型,并进行了实证分析。结果表明,模型能全面、客观和科学地对农产品供应商的综合实力进行评价选择,具有很好的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Evaluation and selection of supplier is an important issue in SCM,agri-product is of unique natural and supply-demand properties.This paper constructed a complex evaluation index system for agri-product supplier,a complex evaluation model was given based on Principal component analysis of agri-product suppliers and demostration analysis was carried out.The result shows that this model can evaluate the all-around ability of agri-product suppliers in a full,object and scientific way. |
