沼渣和沼液对油菜生长及氮素利用率的影响

摘    要:设空白(CK)、无机肥(CF)、沼液(BS)、沼渣(BR)、沼渣+沼液配施(BR+BS)5个处理,除空白不施肥外,其余处理均等氮量投入.利用温室盆栽研究了施用沼渣、沼液对油菜产量、品质及氮素利用率的影响.结果表明:在油菜产量上,施用沼液与无机肥效果相当,分别达到13.4、13.7 g/盆,两者差异不显著,并且与沼渣+沼液处理差异也不显著,但均显著高于沼渣处理.在品质方面,沼渣、沼渣+沼液配施、沼液以及无机肥处理的硝酸盐含量分别为261.8、287.4、464.3、1 003.0 mg/kg,其中沼渣、沼渣+沼液配施以及沼液3种处理均显著低于无机肥处理;在油菜Vc含量上,沼渣以及沼渣+沼液配施处理的为Vc含量分别为5.3 mg/100g油菜、5.19 mg/100g油菜,两者均显著高于无机肥和沼液处理.各处理间,以沼液和无机肥的氮素利用率最高,分别为49.6%、51.8%,两者差异不显著,但均显著高于沼渣处理,沼渣+沼液配施处理则介于之间.
