干辣椒地方品种资源花粉形态研究

摘    要:为充分利用地方优良干辣椒品种资源,对湖南省境内产区的3个主要品种、1个半栽培型品种、1个四川品种和1个法国品种的生物学特性和花粉形态进行了观察,扫描电镜观察结果表明,来源不同、生物学性状差异明显的干辣椒花粒,其形态,大小和表面纹饰相似,品种间的差异表现在萌发孔沟的长短和宽窄上。

Pollen Morphology of Local Chilli Resources

Abstract:In order to fully use the local hot pepper resources in Hunan, the biological characteristics of 3 main varieties in chilli produce locality and 1 half cultivated one in Hunan, 1 Sichuang and 1 France variety were studied and their pollen morphology were scanned through electron microscope. The results indicate that the shape,size and surface sculpture of chilli pollens which come from different sources and are of evident difference of property are similar to each other;their differences are only shown in the change of length and width of colp orates of pollen grains.
