摘    要:针对黑龙江省冬季气温低的特点,采用沼气发酵料液预处理工艺、沼气燃烧加热工艺、料液回流和循环搅拌工艺,解决北方寒冷地区消化器保温和加温问题,并使沼气的能量得到充分利用。对300m3牛粪中温厌氧消化工程进行了冬季发酵处理的可行性分析。结果表明,黑龙江省养牛场采用上述工艺后,可使发酵设备越冬运转,进而使发酵设备常年运转。

Abstract:The paper considering the condition of the north areas of China we designed the biogas fermentation technology which is applicable in Heilongjiang Province. It include the technology of prehandling of manure, burning biogas to warm up the digester, recycling of effluent and cyclically and mixing of slurry. It solved the problems of how to hold the digester temperature and how to warm up the digester with biogas energy. With feasibility assessment of 300 m3 cattle manure biogas fermentation project which adopt the technology mentioned above, we draw the conclusion that the technology of animal manure handling system is feasible.
