| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the formation and development about the concept of the proceeding scientific renew and suitable using after stop farming.At the same time,the principle of the proceeding scientific renew and suitable using after stop farming,with proper form,characteristics and development to turn into the regulation etc,were discussed in order to expand the way of thinking,unify cognition,promote the countermeasures into validity practice on the land exploitation and make use of the land. |
