摘    要:以郑单958为材料,采用营养液培养的方法,研究了玉米幼苗上部根系(以玉米幼苗节根发生部位为上端,0~3.5cm为上部根系,3.5cm以下为下部根系)在不同的水分胁迫下(露置在空气中,模拟水分胁迫(W1);露置在空气中与浸没于营养液中循环进行,模拟干湿交替(W2);浸没于营养液中,模拟正常水分供应(CK)]对玉米不同根区的根系及其地上部生长发育的影响。结果表明:玉米幼苗上部根区持续性的水分胁迫或周期性的水分胁迫可以明显促进其根系生长及功能的提高。在根系干质量、初生根长度、次生根长度和根系活力上,各处理均表现为W1>W2>CK,其中W1处理分别比CK增加了120.6%、76.1%、35.8%、13.6%,W2处理分别比CK增加了47.4%、32.9%、14.2%、8.1%。而地上部干质量和整株干质量各处理之间则表现为W1

Abstract:With Zhengdan 958 as the experimental material,the nutrient solution incubation me-thod was used to study the effect of water stress for upper root system on the growth and deve-lopment of maize roots and above ground organs.The results showed that the continuous or pe-riodic water stress on upper root system could obviously promote the growth of roots in lower root zone and enhance their capability.For root dry weight,primary root length,secondary root length and root activity,W1(The upper root system was exposed in the air,simulating water stress)>W2(The upper root system was exposed in the air and then immersed in the nutrient solution for a circle,simulating dry-wet alternation)>CK(The upper root system was immersed in the nutrient solution,simulating normal water supply) among different treatments,of which the treatment W1 increased by 120.6%,76.1%,35.8% and 13.6%(compared to CK) respectively,and the treatment W2 by 47.4%,32.9%,14.2% and 8.1% respectively.But for dry weight of above-ground part and the whole plant,W1
