麦套夏播转Bt基因棉田主要害虫及其天敌的发生规律

摘    要:1997年在田间系统研究了转Bt基因棉品种中棉所30(R93-6)在麦套种植方式下,对棉田主要害虫及其天敌种群的影响。结果表明,转基因棉对棉铃虫(Heliothisarmigera)和棉造桥虫(Anomisflava)有良好的抗性,发生高峰期百株幼虫数量均显著低于对照品种中棉所16(早熟品种),但转基因棉田仍需防治三、四代棉铃虫;和常规棉相比,转基因棉自然控制田和转基因棉综合防治田的棉蚜(Aphisgosypi)分别增加33.1%和减少25.1%、红蜘蛛(Tetranychuscinnabarinus)分别增加138.9%和减少18.5%、棉蓟马(Thripstabaci)分别增加346.0%和315.3%、白粉虱(Trialeurodesvaporariorum)分别增加63.8%和29.0%、棉盲蝽(Lyguslucorum)分别增加57.1%和减少18.9%、棉叶蝉(Empoascabigutula)分别增11.5%和14.2%、龟纹瓢虫(Propylaeajaponica)分别增加11.8%和45.5%、草间小黑蛛(Erigonidiumgraminicola)分别减少3.6%和3.6%、草蛉(Ch

Abstract:Systematic studies were carried out on effect of Bt transgenic cotton on population dynamics of the main pests and their enemies in 1997. The results showed that Bt cotton was highly resistant to cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) and Anomis flava with all the remaining numbers of pests lower than the prevention index. Comparing with the check, in Bt cotton with natural control fields and Bt cotton with integrated pests management fields, aphids increased by 33.1% and decreased by 25.1%, red spider mite increased by 138.9% and decreased by 18.5%, thrips,Trialeurodes vaporariorum and Empoasca biguttula increased by 346.0% and 315.3%, 68.3% and 29.0%, 11 5% and 14 2%, respectively, Lygus lucorum increased by 57.1% and decreased by 18 9%. Propylaea japonica increased by 11.8% and 45.5%, respectively, Erigonidium graminicola decreased by 3.6% and 3.6%, respectively, Chrysopa sp. decreased by 20.0% and increased by 38 7%, Orins minutus decreased by 30.4% and 9.0%, respectively, Campolettis chlorideae and Micoplitis sp. decreased by 79.2% and 87.5%,88.9% and 90 7%, respectively, Lysiphlebia japonica increased by 85.1% and 90.2%, respectively.
