| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济全球化进程的不断加快,农业发展受资源和市场的双重约束越来越明显。基层农村的信息和科技服务滞后已成为制约我国农业农村经济发展的瓶颈。本文立足河北实际分析了农业信息服务模式发展的现状及存在的问题,并针对河北省农业信息服务模式的创新建设提出了一些意见和建议,以期为提高河北农业信息服务水平提供一些具体的可操作的策略和措施。

| Abstract: | Facing the globalization of market economy, the market and resource constraints of agricultural development were clearer. The lack of sicence and technology information sevice has been the bottle-neck that limiting China’s agricultural and rural economic development. Based on the fact of countryside in Hebei province, the article analyzed the status and problems of the agricultural information service mode and proposed some suggestions for the mode innovation, so as to provide some specific and feasible measures for improving the information service level of Hebei province. |
