酸枣砧木对壶瓶枣幼树光合作用的影响

摘    要:对比分析了以酸枣为砧木的壶瓶枣嫁接苗和壶瓶枣自根苗的光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO2浓度、叶片厚度、叶绿素含量等多项光合作用生理指标,结果表明,在气温、光强基本一致的情况下,嫁接苗的净光合速率、蒸腾速率总水平均优于自根苗,并且无明显"午睡"现象,蒸腾散热能力强,气孔导度、叶片厚度、叶绿素a/b值都明显高于自根苗,说明酸枣作为砧木对壶瓶枣幼苗的光合器官产生了一定的影响,比自根苗更有利于光合作用的进行及同化产物的积累。

Abstract:The result of present comparative analysis of ,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductivity,CO_2 transpiration rate,leaf thickness and chlorophyll contents between Huping grafting and Huping self-root seedling,both use zizyphus jujuba as stocks showed the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of grafting were higher than those of self-root seedling;And the former exists no midday depression of photosynthesis and could give off strongly.Beside,stomatal conductivity,leaf thickness and Chlorophyll a/b is much higher than that of self-root seedling.This indicates that zizyphus jujuba stock has a great influence on photosynthetic organ of Huping at juvenile phase and is more advantageous to the photosynthesis and assimilates of self-root seedling.
