| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了采用高效液相色谱外标法，以甲醇一水作为流动相，用C18柱和紫外检测器（253nm），测定了噻虫嗪25％水分散粒剂的含量。结果表明，方法的标准偏差为0．046；变异系数为0．18％；平均回收率为99．65％。线性相关系数为0．9996。

| Abstract: | A quantitative analytical method for Thiamethoxam 25% WC by HPLC, Using methanol＋water =60＋40 （V/V） as mobile phase, Kromasil C18 column and UV detector （253nm） was described . The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.046, 0.18%, 99.65% and 0.999 6 respectively. |
