摘    要:<正> 本试验利用~(60)Co γ射线照射浸种后的两个水稻品种(中秆早和 BG-90-2),对成苗率、根长、苗高三方面进行了测定,比较了这两个品种对不同处理的反应,发现中秆早比 BG-90-2敏感。γ射线20kR 对器官的损伤比10kR 的重。同一品种的不同器官对辐照的敏感性也不同:胚根>胚芽。在等剂量下漫种后的中秆早比 BG-90-2的成苗率低。本文旨在阐述不同水稻品种的萌动种子对辐照的反应差异及成苗率、根长、苗高与辐照剂量的关系。

THE EFFECT OF γ-RAY RADIATION ON SOAKED SEEDS OF TWO RICE CULTIVARS
Abstract:The soaked seeds of two rice cultivars"Mid-stalk Early"and"BG-90- 2",were irradiated with ~(60)Co γ-ray,and the effects on the rate of seedling formation,seedling height and root length were examined.It was found that Mid-stalk Early is more sensitive to radiation than BG-90-2. The damage of γ-ray at 20 kR dosage on rice organs was more signi- ficant than that of 10 kR.The radiosensitivity of different organs of the same cuhivar was found to be:radicel>plumule.The frequency of seed- ling formation of soaked seeds of Mid-stalk Early was lower than that of BG-90-2 at same dosage.
