| 摘 要： | 应用解剖学和组织学方法(包括光镜、电镜和组织化学技术)研究了猪的犁鼻器。成年猪的犁鼻器呈梭形,长约3.5cm,中段直径约0.6cm,后端达犬齿的横切面。犁鼻管的外侧壁衬有非感觉上皮,内侧壁衬有感觉上皮。感受细胞的远侧突含有丰富的细胞器,游离面覆盖着许多长短不等的微绒毛。固有层除了大量的血管、神经和腺体外,常见到孤立淋巴小结。感觉上皮的浅带显示ACP、SDH和NSE活性,但ALP活性仅见于感觉上皮的最表层。

| Abstract: | The vomeronasal organ of pigs has been investigated by anatomical and histological methods including light microscopy and electromicroscopy and histochemical technique.The organ is fusiform,the organ size of mature pig is about 3.5 cm in length and 0.6 cm in diameter in the middle segment. The caudal end only reaches a transverse plane through the canine teeth. The lateral wall is lined by non-sensory epithelium and the medial by sensory epithelium. The distal processes of'the receptor cells contain rich cytoplasmic organelles and the free surface is covered with numerous microvilli which differ in length. Besides vessels, nerves and glands, the lamina propria frequently contains isolated lymph nodules. Activity of ACP, SDH and NSE is respectively found in the superficial zone of sensory epithelium, whereas ALP activity is only found in the uppermost layer of the epithelium. |
