摘    要:通过对低拷贝数的转基因株京引119的世代连续跟踪分析以及高世代材料的群体遗传分析表明, 共转化基因bar和cecropin B在基因组中紧密连锁并能稳定的遗传和表达. 来自于转基因嘉59和丙9363的两高世代抗除草剂材料TR5和TR6的杂交后代分析结果显示, 多拷贝的bar基因以单基因表型性状传递, 两材料中的bar基因互不等位. TR5基因组

Abstract:Co transformed genes, bar and cecropin B, which integrated in the genome of Jingyin 119 with low copies, were detected to be linkage and inherit and express stably among different generations. However, according to the cross between TR5 and TR6, two high BASTA resistant generations self pollinated from transgenic Jia59 and Bing9363, the bar genes of multi inserted loci were not alleic. Some bar or cecropin B genes might lose during the multiplication of transgenic plants, but loss did not affect the expression of the transgene. So the phenotype stability could not suggest that the multi inserted loci of transgenes were homozygous.
