摘    要:研究表明 ,抗虫杂交棉中棉所 2 9苗期叶绿素、IAA含量高 ,MDA含量低 ,SOD、CAT酶活性高 ,膜脂过氧化程度低 ,棉苗抗胁迫能力强 ,苗质好 ,生长健壮 ;中后期 MDA、ABA含量和 POD活性升高 ;整个生育期均保持较高的光合强度 ,N素营养充足 ,利于高产优质 ;在华北平原一熟种植最佳播期在 4月下旬 ,中等肥水条件下最佳密度为 5.2 5万株· hm- 2 ;对缩节安化调反应不敏感 ,应看苗化调

Abstract:Researches showed that transgenic Bt hybrid cotton CCRI29 had higher contents of chlorophyll and Indole 3 acetic acid, lower contents of MDA, higher activity of SOD and CAT enzyme in the cotton seedling stage, which made the cotton seedling more vigorous, lower membrane lipid peroxidation and stronger resistance to light, temperature and water stresses. It had higher contents of MDA and ABA, higher activity of POD enzyme in the middle late season. Higher photosynthetic rates and more nitrogen supply in total growing period. Experiment showed that the best planting date in north China plain under mono cultured is April 22 and the planting density under the middle level of applying fertilizer and water management for CCRI 29 are is 52500 plant/ha. CCRI29 was not sensitive for chemical control, so chemical control in the seeding stage was just depend on site.
