不同黄瓜材料抗蚜性与部分次生代谢物及其相关酶活力的关系

摘    要:为筛选具有高抗蚜性的黄瓜新品种,并为黄瓜抗蚜性鉴定提供理论依据。根据蚜量比值法,以有毛黄瓜为不抗蚜对照,无毛黄瓜为抗蚜对照,对国内外370份黄瓜种质资源进行抗蚜性筛选分级,并对筛选出的不同抗蚜等级的黄瓜材料接种蚜虫处理,研究接种蚜虫前后叶片中黄酮、单宁、总酚含量及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)活力变化。筛选出抗性材料118号、中抗材料311号和227号、低抗材料321号。其中,高抗材料无毛黄瓜的黄酮含量及PAL、PPO的活力最高;抗性材料118号的单宁、总酚含量最高,PPO活力仅次于无毛黄瓜;中抗材料227号的单宁、总酚含量及PPO活力仅次于118号;中抗材料311号的黄酮、总酚含量及PAL活力较高;低抗材料321号的PAL活力仅次于无毛黄瓜;各抗蚜材料的黄酮含量及PAL和PPO的活力均高于不抗蚜对照有毛黄瓜。由此得出结论:不同黄瓜材料抗蚜性与黄酮、单宁、总酚含量及PAL、PPO活力中的一种或几种物质综合作用有密切关系。

The Relationship Between Aphid-resistance of Different Cucumber Materials and Part of Secondary Metabolites and Their Related Enzyme Activities
Abstract:Abstract: Objective] For further breeding of new cucumber varieties with high resistance to aphids, and providing theoretical basis for the identification of cucumber aphid resistance.Me-thod] 370 home and abroad cucumber germplasm resources were taken as test materials in this paper, and ordinary cucumber as CK, according to ratio of aphid method, we got anti-aphid material No.118, medium anti-aphid materials No.311 and No.227, low anti-aph-id material No.321 after screening. By inoculating aphids on different levels of the anti-a-phid cucumber material, we studied the content of secondary metabolites and secondary m-etabolism related enzyme activity changes after inoculation aphids in leaves. Result] The results showed that: the glabrous cucumber exhibited high anti-aphid ability, because of it-s highest flavonoid content and PAL, PPO activity, with abundant phenylpropanes supplyi-ng, its PAL had high activity and a large number of flavonoids and polyphenols synthesi-s, while PPO oxidized phenols to form quinones, flavonoids and quinones, thus made gl-abrous cucumber exhibits high anti-aphid; No.118 and No.227 cucumber material were ma-inly due to the high content of tannin and total phenolics,while PPO had higher activity and oxidized phenols to form quinones, No.118 cucumber material tannins, total phenolic content and PPO activity were higher than No.227, making No.118 exhibits anti-aphid abil-ity, No.227 exhibits medium anti-aphid. No.311cucumber material was mainly due to PAL higher activity, generating higher content of flavonoids and total phenols, thus showed th-e medium anti-aphid. No.321 cucumber material was mainly due to high PAL activity gen-erating high content of flavonoids, which showed low anti-aphid. Conclusion]By this test, we had different levels of anti-aphid cucumber materials, and found a relationship betwee-n aphid resistant ability with some secondary metabolites and related enzyme activity, thu-s for perfected the mechanism of resistance to aphids.
