紫茎泽兰提取物对粘虫触杀作用研究初探

摘    要:为了探索紫茎泽兰活性成分对农业害虫的影响,采用浸虫法测定了紫茎泽兰提取物对粘虫幼虫的触杀作用,并测定不同浓度紫茎泽兰花甲醇提取物对粘虫的触杀和抑制生长发育作用。结果表明:紫茎泽兰不同部位不同萃取剂提取物均对粘虫具有一定的触杀作用,触杀效果较好部位是花和叶,萃取剂是甲醇、丙酮、石油醚。触杀作用随浓度增加而增强,随时间增加而增大,24、48、72 h的致死中量LD50分别为15.27、11.41、7.11 mg/m L。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of active ingredients from Eupatorium adenophorum on agricultural pests, contact toxicity of extracts of Eupatorium adenophorum against armyworm larvae was studied in this paper by dipping method. Then contact toxicity and development inhibition of methanol extracts of Eupatorium adenophorum at different concentrations to armyworm were analyzed. The results showed that there was certain contact toxicity of different concentration extracts from different parts of Eupatorium adenophorum against armyworm. The extract from flowers and leaves of Eupatorium adenophorum using methanol, acetone and petroleum ether as extraction agents had better contact toxicity to armyworm. Contact toxicity was enhanced with the increase of methanol extracts concentration and the increase of time, and LD50 at 24, 48 and 72 h was 15.27, 11.41 and 7.11 mg/mL, respectively.
