| 摘 要： | 通过对辽宁阜新近郊某鸡场数群 15 日龄左右的病鸡的临床症状、病理变化、病毒分离、纯化、动物回归、血清学检测、病毒形态观察等检测, 分离到一株鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒并命名为HQ0806。研究表明：该病毒效价达到10-5.8/ 0.2ml，在动物回归试验中其引起发病率为100％，死亡率达83％，剖检可见法氏囊呈“紫葡萄样”外观，胸腺萎缩，骨髓脂肪化等病变，表现了超强毒株的致病特点。
