摘    要:植物基因工程为果树育种开辟了一条新途径,在果树重要性状遗传改良方面具有重要意义。果树转基因是一个复杂而长期的工作,包括从对外源基因功能的全面认识、高效表达载体的构建、基因转化、以及转基因植株的鉴定与性状观测等多个重要环节。应该说,每一个环节甚至每一实验步骤都需严格把握。迄今,鉴于已经有大量果树再生体系成功建立的报道,笔者在总结实际研究经验的基础上,结合文献的报道,有针对性地对果树基因转化技术和转基因植株的鉴定与性状分析进行简要介绍,为果树基因转化技术的选用,以及进行高效转基因植株的鉴定与性状分析提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Plant genetic engineering, as a new strategy for fruit crop breeding, is very important in the genetic improvement of horticultural traits. Fruit transformation is a complicated technique with several main steps including analysis of gene function, construction of high-efficient expression vectors, gene transformation, and screening and identification of the transformed plants, of which each step is of a series of specific techniques. There have been a lot of reports about the construction of re-generation systems of quite a number of fruit crops. Here in this paper, we talk mainly on selection of fruit transformation techniques and the identification of transformed plants, which come out from our research and some related papers. All the information presented can be some important help to fruit crop genetic transformation researchers.
