| 摘 要： | 内生式乡村旅游是以乡村意境为核心吸引物的一种自我主导的，农民广泛参与的旅游形式，是农民致富的一种重要方式。但是部分内生式乡村旅游地经过多年的发展后面临环境恶化、乡村意境破坏、社会矛盾凸显、发展停滞等问题，严重制约了乡村旅游地的可持续发展。本文对长沙市桃花岭村农家乐发展进行个案研究，半结构访谈40名经营业者与管理者，研究发现内生式乡村旅游的演变历程分为探索期、发展期和稳定期（停滞期），市场需求满足、制度创新与技术创新是内生式乡村旅游地发展的核心要素，未来应该是将外生式发展理念与内生式发展理念相结合，才可摆脱内生式乡村旅游地发展的困境。

| Abstract: | Endogenous rural tourism has been a form of self-oriented and farmer-participated tourism and an important way for farmers to make theirs earnings with a key attraction of rural surroundings.But there have been existed some problems,the worse environment,destroyed rural surroundings,increasing social contradiction,development stagnation produced by several-year-development endogenous rural tourism.This paper used a case study to the rural tourism development of Taohualing Village,Changsha,semi-investigated 40 operators and managers,found that the evolution of endogenous rural tourism could be divided into exploration period,development period and fixed period or stagnation period,and market need,policy creation and technology creation were three key factors of endogenous rural tourism,exogenous development and endogenous development thinking should be considered together to get out of the dilemma of endogenous rural tourism. |
