生姜染色体观察及核型分析

摘    要:采用常规压片法获得了分散良好、形态清晰的生姜有丝分裂中期染色体。对其进行体细胞记数及核型分析后表明,生姜的染色体数目为2n=22;全组染色体总长度128.02μm,平均长度5.82μm,最长染色体与最短染色体之比为2.06:1,臂比大于2的染色体占全组染色体的45.5%,因此核型属于2B型,核型公式为2n=2x=22=8m+12sm+2st。

Abstract:The well-spread and clear mitotic metaphase chromosomes of ginger were obtained. The karyotype analysis showed that ginger was diploid (2n=2x=22). The length of ginger’s chromosome was 128.02μm and the average length was 5.82μm. The ratio of the longest chromosome to the shortest one is 2.06:1, and the arm ration of 45.5% chromosomes was over 2, so that the karyotype is 2B. The karyotype formula is 2n=2x=22=8m+12sm+2st.
