摘    要:脯氨酸是植物体内适应逆境胁迫的一种重要的渗透调节物质。此文概述了脯氨酸在植物抗渗透胁迫中的作用、累积机制以及植物编码脯氨酸代谢、运输相关的酶基因和抗渗透胁迫基因工程改良等方面的研究进展,分析提出了目前植物抗渗透胁迫研究方面存在的问题,并对今后研究的重点进行了展望,以期为植物抗逆性的遗传改良提供理论依据。
