彭泽鲫异精雌核发育子代生长比较研究

摘    要:为探究异源精子诱导彭泽鲫雌核发育产生子代生长性能,以彭泽鲫为母本,彭泽鲫、团头鲂、翘嘴鲌、鱤为父本构建4个雌核发育组合,测定各组合子代不同日龄体长、体重。结果表明:整个实验过程(0~180天),各组合生长速度差异显著(P<0.05),彭泽鲫与翘嘴鲌(P-Q)和彭泽鲫与鱤(P-G)显著大于彭泽鲫与团头鲂(P-T)和彭泽鲫自交(P-P);对比各组合肥满度,发现150日龄时各组合肥满度出现显著性差异(P< 0.05),其中P-Q(3.9945)与P-G(3.7819)显著高于P-T(3.3459)与P-P(3.3697);拟合各日龄体长、体重数据,得到各组合生长曲线公式如下:P-P:W=0.0627L2.6705,R2=0.9822;P-T:W=0.0644L2.6469,R2=0.9917;P-Q:W=0.0284L2.9609,R2=0.9813;P-G:W=0.0648L2.6586,R2=0.9697。本研究结果表明:不同精子诱导彭泽鲫,子代均能够正常生长,且生长速度出现显著性差异。彭泽鲫与翘嘴鲌雌核发育子代生长性能优于其他组合,具有潜在的推广前景。

Abstract:To investigate the growth performance of progenies produced via gynogenesis by heterologous sperm of Carassius auratus var. pengsenensis, C. auratus var. pengsenensis was used as female, and C. auratus var. pengsenensis, Megalobrama amblycephala, Culter alburnus Basilewsky, and Elopichthys bambusa were used as male parent to construct four cross-combinations. The weight and body length of four gynogenesis groups at different days were determined. The results showed that during the whole experiment (0-180 days), the differences of growth rate in four groups were significant (P < 0.05). P-Q and P-G was significantly higher than P-T and P-P. By comparing the relative fatness of each group, the significant difference (P < 0.05) appeared on the 150 th day, the P-Q (3.9945) and P-G (3.7819) were significantly higher than P-T(3.3459) and P-P(3.3697). The growth curves (P-P: W=0.0627L2.6705, R2=0.9822;P-T: W=0.0644L2.6469, R2=0.9917; P-Q: W=0.0284L2.9609, R2=0.9813; P-G: W=0.0648L2.6586, R2=0.9697) were fitted according to weight and body length. This study indicates that the offspring of C. auratus var. pengsenensis produced by heterologous sperm can grow normally and show significant difference among the groups. The gynogenesis of C. auratus var. pengsenensis with Culter alburnus Basilewsky (P-Q) show better growth performance than other groups, which will have a popularizing prospect.
