不同园艺风信子品种核型比较分析

摘    要:本研究采用常规根尖压片法对‘Pink pearl’,‘Gipsy Princess’,‘Blue pearl’3个二倍体风信子品种进行根尖染色体核型分析。结果显示,3个园艺风信子品种染色体组成较为一致,均由中部(m)、近中部(sm)及近端(st)着丝粒染色体组成,均含有1对随体,但不同类型染色体的数量分布存在一定差异。其核型公式分别为‘Pink pearl’2n=2x=16=6m+4sm+2sm(sat)+4st,‘Gipsy Princess’2n=2x=16=6m+4sm+2sm(sat)+4st,‘Blue pearl’2n=2x=16=6m+2m(sat)+6sm+2st。3个品种的核型不对称系数分别为59.85%、61.31%、59.76%,‘Pink pearl’核型类型为2C类型,其他两个品种为2B类型,核型类型显示‘Pink pearl’的进化程度最高。

Abstract:In this study,root tip karyotype analysis was performed on three diploid hyacinth varieties of'Pink pearl','Gipsy Princess'and'Blue pearl'using conventional apical compression method.The results showed that the chromosome composition of three hyacinth cultivars are similar,all of which are composed of centromere chromosomes of mid(m),near mid(sm)and proximal(st),and contain a pair of satellites,but the number distribution of different types of chromosomes is different.The karyotype formulas are'Pink pearl'2n=2x=16=6m+4sm+2sm(sat)+4st,'Gipsy Princess'2n=2x=16=6m+4sm+2sm(sat)+4st,'Blue pearl'2n=2x=16=6m+2m(sat)+6sm+2st.The karyotype asymmetry coefficients of three cultivars are 59.85%,61.31%,59.76%,'Pink pearl'karyotype is 2C,and the other two cultivars are 2B.The karyotype type shows that'Pink pearl'have the highest degree of evolution.
