食品专业实习基地建设问题

摘    要:自食品营养与检测专业开设以来,结合学院提出地方性、应用型、示范型人才培养目标的办学定位,追求"以生为本,以用为先"人才培养理念,不断提升教育教学质量,培养具有创新素质和实践能力的专业技术人才,对如何建设好应用型食品营养与检测专业实习基地进行认真反思总结。总结了近年来该专业在实习基地建设方面的做法,并结合实践提出自己的观点,为今后其他应用型专业校外实习基地的建设提供一定的的借鉴和参考。

Abstract:According to the orientation of running school of locality,application and model type,in the pursuit of philosophy about talents training "putting the student oriented and the practice comes first" and constandy increase education quality and the cultivation professional talents that have original consciousness and practical abilities,how to build applied practice base on food profession well is sum up and reflected.This paper summarizes the experience of the construction of the practice base, and the own views are put forward combining the practice,to provided a certain reference value on other applied professions.
