| 摘 要： | 参照国家标准GB/T23749-2009,采用分光光度法测定碳酸饮料中叶绿素铜钠的含量。通过对叶绿素铜钠的测定进行不确定度的评估,表达出了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,为测定叶绿素铜钠提供了有效、可靠的测量数据。

| Abstract: | Based on GB/T 23749-2009,the content of sodium copper chlorophyllin can be determined with spectrophotometry.By the experiment of uncertainty measurement of the sodium copper chlorophyllin in sodas,the combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are expressed,which provide the effective and credible quality data for the quality control. |
