| 摘 要： | 通过对全自动定氮仪测定植物油料中粗蛋白质含量的检验过程进行分析,找出影响测定不确定度的因素,对各个不确定度分类进行评估和计算合成,并最终给出样品中粗蛋白质的合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the process of measuring crude protein content in oil plant with Kjeltec 2400 Protein Analyzer is discussed.Each factor of influence on the uncertainty of the determination is evaluated and calculated.Then the results are combined and expanded,thus the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty are got. |
