中草药复配液对葡萄和青椒保鲜效果的研究

摘    要:在前期研究的15味中草药醇提液抗真菌活性的基础上,利用初步筛选的3种中草药复配液DZM(丁香、紫丹参、迷迭香)、ZHK(紫丹参、厚朴、苦参)、HKM(厚朴、苦参、迷迭香)分别对葡萄、青椒进行贮藏保鲜效果研究。结果表明,3组中草药复配液对葡萄、青椒的贮藏保鲜均具有效果,其中DZM复配液对葡萄、青椒贮藏中防腐保鲜效果均优于其他2组复配液。

Abstract:On the basis of the pre-studies on antifungal activity of alcohol extracts from 15 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine, by using three kinds of composite liquid from Chinese herbal medicine including DZM(Clove,purple Salvia,Rosemary), ZHK(purple Salvia,Magnolia officinalis,Sophoraflavescens ait),and HKM(Magnolia officinalis,Sophora flavescens ait,Rosemary),the fresh-keeping effect is studied on grapes and green pepper.The results show that all of these three kinds of composite liquid have effect on grapes and green pepper,and the DZM has better effect among them.
