| 摘 要： | 食品添加剂是食品加工技术类专业必修的一门重要而又有较大难度的专业课程。随着高职高专课程改革的不断深化,该课程的教学方法、教学手段也需要不断改进。转变教学观念,树立以学生为主体,以教师为主导的新教学理念,采取启发式、课堂提问式教学等方式,改革考核方式,通过多媒体课件和实地参观等,激发学生的学习兴趣,是提高教学质量的根本保证。
