| 摘 要： | 根据中华人民共和国药典2010版二部用EDTA络合滴定法检测氧化镁中的氧化钙含量。通过对测定过程中各个不确定度分量的评定,计算出测定过程中的不确定度,并评估了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。该不确定度评价方法对EDTA滴定法检测氧化镁中的氧化钙含量的测定分析工作中有较强实用价值。

| Abstract: | According to the second section of the pharmacopoeia of PRC(2010 edition),this paper detects content of calcium oxide in magnesium oxide with the method of EDTA complexometric titration.Through evaluating different uncertainty components in the assaying process,this paper figures out the uncertainty during the process,assessing synthetic standard and expansion uncertainty.This uncertainty evaluation methodology has great practical utility in the work of measuring the content of calcium oxide in magnesium oxide with the method of EDTA complexometric titration. |
