| 摘 要： | 发展特色农产品生产和加工是传统农业向现代农业迈进,将农业资源优势转化为经济优势,增加农民收入、构建和谐社会的关键。分析了影响鄂北农产品加工业发展的障碍因素,提出加快优质农产品基地建设,提高农业组织化程度,完善农业服务体系建设等对策措施。

| Abstract: | Developing characteristic agricultural production and processing was the key to enter into modern agriculture,transform agricultural resource advantage into economic advantage,and the income of farmers were increased and a harmonious society were built. The obstruct factors of product processing industry were analyzed,some ideas to speed up development of agricultural products bases were put forward,the degree of agriculture organization were increased and rural service system were improved. |
