食品工程原理双语教学模式初探

摘    要:双语教学是以2种语言作为教学媒介对学习者进行教育或教学的一种教学方式。食品工程原理是食品专业的技术基础课,也是河南科技大学校级精品课程,目前正在开展双语教学改革,以培养综合性、高素质人才。就双语教学改革创新过程获得的经验和出现的问题进行探讨。

Abstract:Bilingual teaching is a kind of teaching method with two languages as teaching medium.Food engineering principle is both the technically fundamental curriculum for food major and one of exquisite courses in He' nan University of Science and Technology.And now,bilingual teaching reform is carried out for the curriculum in order to train international and comprehensive qualified people.The experience obtained and problems exposed during bilingual teaching reform process are discussed in this paper.
