摘    要:对微波提取仙人掌中黄酮类物质的工艺条件进行试验研究。利用单因素试验确定影响黄酮提取效果的4个因素,即微波功率、提取时间、料液比和乙醇浓度的较优水平,然后用正交设计试验优化提取工艺条件。研究结果表明,最佳提取条件为微波功率320w、提取时间2.5min、液料比35:1、乙醇浓度95%,总黄酮提取率为0.837%。

Abstract:Extracting conditions of flavonoids from cactus by microwave was studied in this paper. At first, the suitable levels of microwave power, extracting time, ratio of material to solvent and ethanol concentration were determined using one-factor experiment, and then orthogonal design was used to optimize the extracting condition. The results showed that the optimum conditions were power 320 W, time 2.5 min, ratio of solvent to material 35:1 and 95% ethanol. By these conditions, the yields offlavonoids was 0.837%.
