高山生态型玉米品种生理特性研究

摘    要:试验研究结果表明,高山生态型玉米品种与平原生态型玉米品种的叶片的构造,叶绿素含量、比叶重、干物质积累与分配、光合强度、净同化率、灌浆速度,粒叶比等重要生理特性均有明显差异。高山生态型玉米品种叶片表皮毛较多,毛短,叶片气孔数目少,气孔也小;平原生态型玉米品种表皮毛较多,且毛较长,叶片气孔多,气孔也大。高山生态型玉米品种的叶绿素含量、比叶重、干物量。转运率、光合强度、净同化率、粒叶比等主要生理指标均低于平原生态型玉米,但灌浆速度则是高山生态型玉米快,而平原生态玉米较慢。

Abstract:Study on the important physiological characters in high altitude mountainous and campagna ecological type of maize variety. Results showed that there were obvious difference in leaf structure, chlorophyll contents, specific leaf area, dry matter accumulation and distribution, net assimilatory rate, milking speed, the ratio of kernel and leaf, etc. In high altitude mountainous ecological type of maize variety, the nap of scarfskin was less and shorter, the pore of leaves was less and smaller, and all of the other important physiological indexs such as the chlorophyll contents, specific leaf area, dry matter weight, the rate of transfer, the rate of pholosynthesis, net assimilatory rate, the ratio of kerlel and leaves were lower, but the milking speed was quicker than that of campagna ecological type of maize variety.
