植物精油在原粮中熏杀玉米象的研究

摘    要:本文测定了三种精油(蒸馏桔油、桉叶油、松节油)的混合物在稻谷、玉米、小麦中及空熏状态下熏杀玉米象成虫的LC_(95)的CT值,它们分别为82367.7、34542.5、42613.2和627.5ppm·hr。根据测定结果,应用中若取200ppm的这种混合物,则达95%防治效果,理论密闭熏杀时间为:稻谷中17天,小麦中9天,玉米中7天。模拟试验和实仓试验表明,理论值与应用值基本吻合。

Abstract:This article dealt with the determination of CT of LC_(95) values in fumigated maize weevil adults in paddy, maize, wheat and in the absence of any grains respectively with the mixture of Citrus teticulata Blanco oil(distillate), Eucalyptus globuius Cabiff oil and Pinus massoniana Iamb oil. They were 82367.7, 34542.5, 42613.2 and 627.5ppm/hr respectively. On the basis of these values, if 200 ppm of the mixture was applied, control effect was 95%, the theoretical seal fumigation time would he 17 days in paddy, 9 days in wheat and 7 days in maize.The simulated tests and field tests showed that the theoretical values were approximate identical with the applied values.
