超临界萃取板蓝根中靛玉红的工艺研究

摘    要:本实验主要探讨板蓝根中靛玉红的最优超临界萃取工艺。采用正交实验考察萃取温度、萃取压力、分离温度及分离压力四个因素对板蓝根中靛玉红的影响;同时采用高效液相色谱法测定靛玉红的含量。结果最佳工艺条件为温度50℃、萃取压力30MPa、分离温度30℃及分离压力12MPa。

Abstract:To investigate The SFE extraction technology of indirubin from isatidis, the experiment with orthogonal was carried out to study the effect of extraction temperature and pressure, separation temperature and pressure on the indirubin from isatidis. At the same time, the content of indirubin was determined by HPLC. The optimal processing was extraction temperature 50 ℃ and pressure 30 MPa, separation temperature 30 ℃ and pressure 12 MPa.
