摘    要:为探讨日粮中L-Arg添加水平对冷应激仔猪生长性能的影响,试验选用28日龄、体重差异不显著(P0.05)、健康断奶仔猪(杜*长*大)81头,随机分为9组,公母各半。试验设计为三个不同饲养温度下的三个添加量,即23~27℃:0、0.8%、1.2%(CG1、CG2、CG3);18~23℃:0、0.8%、1.2%(CM1、CM2、CM3);14~18℃:0、0.8%、1.2%(CT1、CT2、CT3)。试验结果表明:CG3组仔猪日增重显著(P0.05),CM3、CT3分别比同温度下其它试验组日增重有所增加。各组饲料转化率均有提高,采食量影响不明显(P0.05)。

Abstract:In order to study L-Arg addition on growth performance in cold stress,28-day-old,no significant difference in body weight(P0.05),81 healthy piglets(Du * L * Great) were selected,randomly divided into 9 groups,9 in one group,male and female half and half in accordance with three different L-Arg additions of three different temperature,respectively 23~27℃:0,0.8%,1.2%(CG1、CG2、CG3);18~23 ℃:0,0.8%,1.2%(CM1、CM2、CM3);4~8 ℃:0,0.8%,1.2%(CT1、CT2、CT3).The results showed that:the average daily weight of CG3 group was significantly different(P0.05),the average daily weight of CM3、CT3 groups was slightly increased compared with other groups in the same temperature;the daily intake of every groups was no significant difference(p 0.05)。F/G is higher than the control group.
