肠康肽替代鱼粉对肉仔鸡生产性能及相关理化指标的影响

摘    要:为探讨肠康肽(以发酵豆粕为主要原料,经科学营养强化的新型蛋白原料)在肉鸡饲料中的恰当应用方法,选取612只爱拔益加商品代1日龄的肉仔鸡随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复34只,分别在前期(0~21 d)日粮中添加1%(CK)、2%和3%的肠康肽替代等量鱼粉,在后期(22~42 d)日粮中相对应的处理分别添加0.5%(CK)、1.0%和1.5%的肠康肽替代等量鱼粉,研究肠康肽对肉仔鸡生产性能、营养物质消化率、血清生化指标的影响,从而确定最佳替代量。结果表明:在肉鸡生长前期用2%的肠康肽替代等量鱼粉、在生长后期用1%的肠康肽替代等量鱼粉,对肉仔鸡生产性能、饲料报酬和死淘率无显著影响,但肉仔鸡的平均体重、饲料转化率、营养物质(蛋白、脂肪和纤维)消化率均最高。说明肠康肽在肉仔鸡日粮中适宜添加量为1%~2%。

Abstract:To study the optimum amount of fermented soybean meal in the diet of broilers,612 1-day old AA broilers were randomly divided into three groups with 6 replications.The added levels of fermented soybean meal in diet were 1%-3% at 0-21 days stage and 0.5%-1.5% at 22-42 days stage respectively.The growth performance,nutrient digestibility and related blood chemical index were measured.The results showed that the body weight,FCR,nutrient digestibility of 2%(0-21 days) and 1%(22-42 days) groups were higher than those of other groups.So the optimum amount of fermented soybean meal in diet of broilers should be 1%-2%.
