| 摘 要： | 2010年中央一号文件要求,把解决好"三农"问题作为全党工作重中之重。按照稳粮保供给、增收惠民生、改革促统筹、强基增后劲的基本思路,毫不松懈地抓好农业农村工作,首先是抓好农业这一基础工作,新的经济社会形势,转变农业发展方式,转变现代农业,逐渐实现农业现代化。简述了河北省农业发展方式转变的紧迫性,提出了河北省农业发展方式转变的目标、方式与遵循原则,并介绍了河北省农业发展方式转变的主要内容。

| Abstract: | In 2010,the No.1 document from the national central government stressed that it was the most important work for the Party to solve the three agricultural problems.According to the basic thought of maintaining a steady supply of grain,increasing income and benefiting people,reforming to promote the overall planning,and enhancing the foundation and strengthening the stamina,the agricultural and rural works should be paid attention to.The agricultural development mode should be transformed to realize the agricultural modernization in new economic and social situation.The urgency of agricultural development mode transformation in Hebei Province is introduced.The target,way and principle of transforming agricultural development mode are put forward.The main contents of agricultural development mode transformation are described. |
