| 摘 要： | 衡棉4号是用GK12为外源抗棉铃虫Bt基因的供体,以具有海岛棉、陆地棉和野生棉遗传基础的省1322系作抗病亲本,以冀棉27为丰产亲本,在黄枯萎混生重病地、不防治棉铃虫的高压胁迫下连续定向选择培育而成.突出表现早熟、抗棉铃虫、高产和抗病.适宜在冀中南及同一生态类型地区推广.

| Abstract: | Hengmian No.4 was selected and bred from the multiple-hybridized combination.One male parent is Jimian No.27 possessed better high yield character,the other male parent is GK12 possessed Bt toxic protein gene,and the famale parent is Line Sheng1322 possessed sea-island cotton,upland cotton and wild cotton genetic background.Hengmian No.4 was continuers selected under high level disease stress and bollworm stress.It adapted for sewing in spring in the Mid-south cotton region of Hebei Province and same ecologic region of other cotton region. |
