| 摘 要： | 从宝鸡市市级气象科技服务发展项目入手,通过分析"12121"声讯电话、手机气象短信、气象影视及专业气象服务的发展现状和存在的问题,提出相应的改进对策,进而对宝鸡气象科技服务适应宝鸡市"十二五"发展规划、取得明显社会和经济效益进行积极探索。
