pH和氨氮对毛蚶稚贝生长与存活影响的初步研究

摘    要:采用实验生态学方法,研究了pH和氨氮对毛蚶稚贝生长和存活的影响。结果表明:毛蚶稚贝生存的适宜pH范围为7.5--8.5,pH为8.0时生长及存活最好;氨氮浓度越高,毛蚶存活率越低;毛蚶稚贝对氨氮具有较高的耐受性,在实验条件下,毛蚶稚贝对氨氮24,48,72,96h的TLm分别为96.33,74.16,43.63,20.36mg/L,安全浓度为2.04mg/L。

Preliminary Studies on the Effects of pH and Ammonia on Growth and Survival to Scapharca subcrenata Juveniles

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of pH and ammonia on growth and survival to Scapharca subcrenata Juveniles were studied with ecological method. The result showed that the optimum pH to Scapharca subcrenata Juveniles varied from 7.5 to 8.5, pH 8.0 was the most suitable breeding and living condition; Toxicity of ammonia was stronger when the concentration was higher. Scapharca subcrenctta Juveniles has a high tolerance to ammonia. Under the experiment conditions, the 24 h, of ammonia to Scapharca subcrenata Juveniles were 96.33, 74.16, 43.63, 20.36 mg/L, the safe concentration was 2.04 mg/L.
