摘    要:为了解鳜(Siniperca chuatsi)雌雄性别表型差异,测量120日龄养殖鳜的体重及主要形态性状,雄性平均体质量(396.52±74.81)g,雌性平均体质量(442.17±54.02)g,雌性比雄性增长快10.32%;雄性头长/头高比显著大于雌性;雌性体长/体高比极显著大于雄性。通过组织学观察孵化后5~60日龄鳜性腺发育分化过程,25日龄前,性腺未分化,30日龄精巢分化,40日龄卵巢分化,精巢分化早于卵巢。利用AFLP技术筛选鳜雌雄性别相关分子标记,在4个引物组合E5M8、E1M8、E6M7、E7M3中筛选出5个雌雄差异位点,其中,E5M8-480在雄性中扩增比例为91.67%,E1M8-440和E5M8-370在雌性中比例分别为91.67%和83.33%,E6M7-280和E7M3-380为雌性特有条带。研究结果为鳜雌雄性别异形与性别鉴定提供了基础和依据。

Abstract:In order to understand the phenotypic difference between male and female of Siniperca chuatsi, the weight and some morphological traits of the individuals at 120 days age were measured. The average body weight of males was (396.52 ±74.81) g, and females was (442.17± 54.02)g. The growth rate of females was 10.32% faster than males. The ratio of head length to head height of the males was significantly higher than the females. The ratio of length to height of females was very significantly higher than males. The process of gonadal development and differentiation of Siniperca chuatsi at 5-60 days after hatching was observed histologically. Before the 30th day, the gonads were undifferentiated. The testis were differentiated at the 35th day and the ovaries were differentiated at the 40th day. Testis differentiate earlier than ovaries. Five sex-different locus are selected from four primer combinations E5M8, E1M8, E6M7 and E7M3 through the AFLP molecular markers technique. Among them, the amplification ratio of E5M8-480 in males was 91.67%, the proportions of E1M8-440 and E5M8-370 in females were 91.67% and 83.33% respectively, and E6M7-280 and E7M3-380 were female-specific bands. These results provide the basis for phenotypic difference between the males and females and gender identification of Siniperca chuatsi.
