源自猪场环境大肠杆菌耐药性检测 及其产ESBLs菌耐药基因特征

摘    要:为了解猪场周边水和土壤环境中大肠杆菌耐药性及其中产ESBLs菌的耐药基因特征,用纸片扩散法检测了从福建省龙岩市5个规模化猪场周边水和土壤中分离的55株大肠杆菌对12种抗菌药的耐药性,并对其中产ESBLs菌进行了表型筛选;在此基础上,用CTX-M、TEM、SHV及OXA等4种ESBLs基因引物进行PCR检测与分析。结果表明,猪场环境分离的大肠杆菌对青霉素类、环丙沙星、四环素等耐药率较高,其中水源菌耐药率较高。55株大肠杆菌中,19株检出ESBLs基因,ESBLs检出率为34.5%。ESBLs基因型检测结果显示,CTX-M、SHV及TEM的检出率分别为23.6%(13/55),1.8%(1/55)和9.1%(5/55),未检出OXA基因。本试验结果表明,龙岩市猪场环境大肠杆菌对选用抗菌素耐药率较高,其产ESBLs菌的主要ESBLs基因型为CTX-M。
