摘    要:为了研究不同羊舍类型及饲养密度对山羊主要血清生化指标的影响,并分析其与舍内小气候环境参数的关系,选择单坡顶漏缝地板半开放羊舍、双坡顶漏缝地板有窗封闭式羊舍和移动式羊舍共3种羊舍以及单坡顶漏缝地板半开放羊舍3个饲养密度组,分别测定所饲养的安徽白山羊各项血清生化指标及舍内的部分小气候环境参数。结果显示,移动式羊舍组的血清免疫球蛋白G、白蛋白和总蛋白含量均不同程度地高于半开放羊舍组和封闭羊舍组,移动式羊舍组所测的舍内小气候环境参数均较优于其余2组。封闭羊舍组的血清尿素氮含量及舍内氨气浓度极显著高于半开放羊舍组和移动式羊舍组(P<0.01)。随着饲养密度的增加,羊舍内空气温度、相对湿度、氨气浓度及二氧化碳浓度逐渐升高。本研究结果显示不同羊舍类型及饲养密度对所测安徽白山羊的各项血清生化指标存在着不同程度的影响,综合各羊舍组别羊群的血清生化指标和舍内小气候环境参数的测定数据,研究认为以移动式羊舍内小气候环境较优,更利于羊只生长发育。
