烤烟烟叶石油醚提取物与感官舒适度的关系

摘    要:为了研究卷烟感官质量与烟叶石油醚提取物之间的相互关系,以烤烟为研究对象,运用相关分析和广义可加模型分析方法对两者之间的关系进行了分析.结果表明,石油醚提取物对口腔感受、喉部感受和余味整体感受均呈负面效应,且达到显著水平.也即石油醚提取物与卷烟感官口腔尖刺、口腔毛刺、喉部呛刺、喉部尖刺、鼻腔感受、干燥感均呈显著负相关,但是与卷烟劲头呈显著的正相关关系.因此,在卷烟配方设计中,可以考虑选择石油醚提取物含量适宜的原料以保证卷烟的感官质量.

Abstract:In order to explore the relationship between the petroleum ether extract and the sensory coziness of cigarette, Pearson correlation and generalized additive model analyses were used to analyze the flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the relationship between the petroleum ether extract and the sensory coziness of cigarette was a significantly negative correlation at the 0.05 level. The indexes of the sensory coziness included oral feelings, throat feelings, and aftertaste. The curve between the petroleum ether extract, flavor quality, and flavor quantity demonstrated a parabola opening down, while the curve between the petroleum ether extract and the ash color was complicated. The flavor quality and quantity could be better when the content of the petroleum ether extract was in the range of 4%-6%. The impact of cigarette changed along with a change of the petroleum ether extract content. Thus, the raw materials should be selected according to the petroleum ether extract content to improve the sensory coziness of cigarette.
