不同次数嫁接对豆瓣菜扦插苗生理特性和硒吸收的影响

摘    要:通过盆栽试验,在土壤硒含量为10 mg/kg条件下,以西兰花为砧木,豆瓣菜为接穗,研究一次嫁接、二次嫁接以及三次嫁接后扦插对豆瓣菜生理特性和硒吸收的影响。结果表明,多次嫁接有利于豆瓣菜扦插苗生物量及可溶性糖质量分数的提高,在三次嫁接处理下,豆瓣菜根系、茎秆以及叶片的生物量分别较对照提高266.84%、256.49%、174.03%。与豆瓣菜自根苗相比,不同次数嫁接在显著提高豆瓣菜扦插苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及类胡萝卜素质量分数的同时,降低其叶绿素a/b值。此外,豆瓣菜扦插苗的CAT活性随嫁接次数的增加呈上升趋势,而SOD活性、POD活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量则均呈下降趋势。豆瓣菜扦插苗对硒的吸收特性,一、二、三次嫁接显著提高豆瓣菜根系的硒含量,并分别较对照提高7.05%、6.84%和6.47%,但其地上部分的硒含量及转运系数均随嫁接次数的增加呈下降趋势,在一定程度上抑制硒向地上部分的转移。尽管如此,由于嫁接显著促进豆瓣菜干物质的积累,这导致豆瓣菜扦插苗各部位的硒积累量均显著高于对照,并随嫁接次数的增加呈上升趋势。其中,三次嫁接使豆瓣菜扦插苗根系及地上部分的硒积累量达到最大值,分别较对照提高290.44%和110.08%,有利于豆瓣菜扦插苗对硒的积累。

Effects of Different Number of Grafting on Physiological Characteristics and Selenium Absorption of Nasturtium officinale Cuttings
Abstract:In the pot experiment, the Brassica oleracea was used as rootstock and the Nasturtium officinale was used as the scion to study the physiological characteristics and selenium absorption of the N.officinale cuttings after the first grafting, second grafting and third grafting under the condition of soil selenium content of 10 mg/kg. The results showed that multiple grafting was beneficial to the biomass and soluble sugar content of the N.officinale cuttings, the biomass of roots, stems and leaves of the N.officinale increased by 266.84%, 256.49%, 174.03% compared with control. Compared with the self-rooted seedlings of N.officinale, different number of grafting significantly increased the chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid content of the N.officinale cuttings, while the chlorophyll a/b was reduced. In addition, the CAT activity of the N.officinale cuttings increased with the increase of the number of grafting, while the SOD activity, POD activity and malondialdehyde content all showed a downward trend. As far as the selenium absorption characteristics of the N.officinale cuttings, the first, second and third grafting significantly increased the selenium content of the roots in N.officinale cuttings, and increased by 7.05%, 6.84% and 6.47% compared with control, respectively. However, the selenium content of the shoots in N.officinale cuttings and transport factor decreased with the increase of grafting number, which inhibited the transfer of selenium to shoots to some extent. Never the less, because grafting significantly promoted the accumulation of dry matter in N.officinale, the accumulation of selenium in all parts of the N.officinale cuttings was significantly higher than that of control, and increased with the increase of grafting number. Among them, the third grafting resulted in the maximum selenium accumulation in the roots and shoots of N.officinale cuttings and increased selenium accumulation by 290.44% and 110.08% respectively compared with the control, which was beneficial to the accumulation of selenium of the N.officinale cuttings.
